Radomir Antic 4-4-2 FM15 Tactics

The real tactics of Radomir Antic for Football Manager 2015 to help you transform a mid-table club into a powerhouse.

Antic is the only individual to have managed FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Atlético Madrid. Additionally, Antić is one of only two men to have managed both FC Barcelona and Real Madrid, long-time bitter rivals (the other one is Enrique Fernández Viola).

Antic used these tactics with Atletico Madrid winning the double in the process by winning the Copa del Rey as well as the La Liga that season. He also used these tactics with the Serbian National Team.

The FM 2015 Tactic

The tactic was tested with S.L.Benfica to the midway point of the season. We led the league at that stage with 12 wins and 5 draws and a whopping 10 point lead between us and the team in 2nd place. We defeated all of our main rivals and we had already won one trophy the "Supertaca" by defeating Sporting Lisbon 3-1.

Yet again I eliminated all the players from the 1st team squad with their acceleration below 12. I also introduced a number of youngsters into the 1st team and kept constantly rotating the team so that there was constant competition for places within the team.

With this tactic Benfica played attacking football as well as remaining very solid at the back scoring 43 goals the most in the division and conceding 8 goals which was the least in the division as well at the halfway stage.

Tips

Always remember for the opposition instructions to close down every single player... tightly mark every player... tackle each player hard and finally show each payer on to their weaker foot.

Eliminate any slow player from your squad simply because they are easily targeted and would leave you at risk a number of times..

Antonio Conte 3-5-2 FM15 Tactics

A little on Antonio Conte

Playing as a midfielder, Conte became one of the most decorated and influential players in the history of Juventus. He stood out due to his tenacity and leadership, captaining the team and winning the UEFA Champions League and 5 Serie A titles, among other honours. He also played for the Italian national team and was a participant at the 1994 FIFA World Cup and the 2000 UEFA European Championship, where, in both occasions, the Italians finished in second place. Conte was known to be a combative, energetic, and tactically versatile midfielder throughout his career, who could play anywhere in midfield. Conte was mainly known for his accurate tackling and his ability to start attacking plays by switching the defence into attack; he also had a penchant for occasionally scoring spectacular goals, and was good in the air.

As a manager, Conte is known for using the 3-5-2 formation (or in certain cases, its more defensive variant, 5-3-2), fielding two pure strikers backed by a "number 10" attacking midfielder; Conte thus successfully resists the trend to use just one striker, prevalent in formations such as 4-2-3-1 that have come to dominate many clubs throughout Europe. In his time at Bari he was noted for his unorthodox 4-2-4 formation, a modification of the classic 4-4-2 in which the outside midfielders act as attacking wingers.

The FM15 Tactic

I tested this tactic with none other than the mighty Juventus team which Conte used to manage. My team was very solid at the back and lethal when going forward scoring 38 goals and conceding 9 in the Serie A.

My players flourished with this tactic especially Carlos Tevez who has score 17 goals in 20 appearances as well as creating 8 goals. There were other notable contributions throughout the team as my team raced to the top of the league by the Christmas break.

Unai Emery 4-2-3-1 FM15 Tactics

Two Consecutive Europa League Championships. Fast football, solid and attacking tactic for Football Manager 2015 by fmboss.net

The man, the legend is a Spanish football manager, currently in charge of Sevilla FC.

During his playing days, spent almost exclusively in Segunda División – 215 matches in seven years – he played as a left midfielder. He subsequently embarked on a managerial career, spending several seasons in La Liga with Valencia, where he led the team to several third-place finishes.

In 2013 Emery signed with Sevilla, taking the club to consecutive Europa League victories. Emery returned to his country on 14 January 2013, replacing sacked Míchel at the helm of Sevilla. He led the club to the fifth position in his first full season and, on 14 May 2014, also won the Europa League after defeating S.L. Benfica on penalties.

After finishing the 2014–15 campaign in fifth place, one point behind former club Valencia, Emery again won the Europa League, thus qualifying for the following Champions League. The victory meant that Sevilla became the most successful club in the history of the UEFA Cup/Europa League, with four trophies, and he signed a one-year contract extension on 5 June 2015 which kept him at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium until 2017, after reported interest from West Ham United and S.S.C. Napoli.

When you speak of Unai Emery you must say he is without a doubt one of the best Spanish managers in the game today. You may ask how can I say such a statement and here is the reasoning. Unai Emery has never inherited a dominating squad like Barcelona or Real Madrid, but you can see through his work his Valencia team was the best of the rest while he was in charge. Even then Barcelona and Real Madrid struggled to beat a team created by Mr Emery.

Until recently he had a 35 matches unbeaten run at home with Sevilla, astonishing isn't it? That a mid table club could be so dominant at home, 7 matches unbeaten at home for a mid table team is good. Emery's record was 35 matches then you will understand the caliber and the quality of the man. Votilo and Vidal gained call ups to the Spanish national team because of the way they were flourishing under Emery. Bacca is one of the hottest strikers in world football atm. I said all of this to give you an insight on how I view Unai Emery he is long overdue a run with a very big and prestigious team I await the day it happens.

The FM15 Tactics

I decided I would try my luck with Zenit St. Petersburg simply because I love the pressure of managing a big club and dealing with the big egos it makes the job harder all the while trying to develop my squad. I got exactly what I set out for Hulk, Garay, Rondon all giving trouble because of my rotation policy all annoyed at not being guaranteed starters. I showed them I was in charge they sat down and embraced the methods of Unai Emery and so now I lead the RPL after 17 games I collected 44 points.

I will only say one thing and then I shall show you the results, this tactic is extremely fast your players must be very fit to handle such a dynamic way of playing football. I worked very hard during the preseason to prepare my team for the demands of this tactic. Gentlemen and Ladies I give you the Tactics of Unai Emery created by the genius RobertoMancini. Finally I turned Rondon into a beast!!! He followed my methods and did everything I asked of him, now see his stats.

Huge Database option for FM15

This XML will add an option for you to select huge database when starting a new save game in Football Manager 2015.

Download link : http://www.fmscout.com/c-data15.html?id=2693&a=dl

When creating a new save-game you can choose between small, medium and large database size. What if you were given the choice of even more data? The huge database option adds nearly 4,000 players to the extensive database which gives you more choices. Be careful though, a larger database may slow down your game.

This is mainly an option for lazy people who don't want to bother with custom database settings for their game. Huge database will load more players compared to the other database size options.

How To Install

Step 1

• Unzip the downloaded file BDD-Immense.zip. If you need decompression software for extracting the file, we recommend using 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac

Step 2

• Copy or Move the folder "panels" at the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2015

Step 3

• In-game go to Preferences > Interface
• In the Appearance box, click "Clear Cache" and check "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences
• Click "Confirm" the bottom right side of the screen

How To Use

• From the main menu, start a new career
• After the first page (Choose nation (s)), you arrive in the Overview of new part
• In the lower part of screen, open the dropdown menu "Database Size" to the right
• The choice "Huge" should appear after Small, Medium and Large
• You can also use the "Huge" option in the custom database settings menu
